"D&R Partners Grow Again"

D&R Partners are no stranger to making the most out of every opportunity that comes their way, yet over the last month they have reached an all new high as a business.

First and foremost, one of their newest hires Emily Donkin, has transitioned into the D&R’s Project Coordinator due to her skill set and ability to grow and develop the business from an operational point of view. Her role will focus on dealing with all business operations ranging from the day-to-day processes of the business to the rebranding D&R will be undergoing in the upcoming months.

Alongside this, D&R Partners Recruitment has recently reached yet another milestone with the hire of four new employees who will be joining the business in February 2022.

Uzoma Oche, with 8 years of recruitment experience coming in as one of D&R’s Senior Consultants and Jake Roberts, with 4 years of experience, coming in as a 360 Consultant, will both be dealing with business development whilst also placing candidates within their own client base. Both Rosie Lewingdon, a Msc graduate who comes across as an absolute superstar, looking to take the first step in a successful career and Charlotte Flynn a young business owner who at the age of 19 is already showing her entrepreneurial skills, will be helping to fill the countless roles D&R have on within their existing client base.

Through specialising solely within the UK Bridging and Property Market, D&R Partners are well acquainted with the shift into a candidate driven industry whereby expectations held are set higher than ever.

Remote working, increased salary expectations and flexible working hours are just a few examples of how the view of the working world has adapted in recent years. Whilst this has affected many Recruitment agencies, D&R Partners have found great success through their ability to adapt alongside this market and be wholly understanding when it comes to both candidate and client needs.
